GravityOS is based off Debian with a new set of kernels and some hardening as well as added perceus and other tweaks.

We don't try to hide that we are based off Debian. They did a lot of hard work and unlike other distro's that totally try to hide
their roots, we simply enhance the already great OS for our needs.

What we modify...

We modify and update the kernel, as if this note, kernel version is 3.1.4. We also offer a GRSEC kernel and a lightweight Cloud/HPC kernel.
We also have gcc, and a few other replacements for the security focused user.
